Shelley Orrell has been a resident of Routt County since she was 18 months old and has been the program Director for the Routt County Council of Aging since 1984. She is a wonderful resource for all Seniors in Routt County, is the local Ombudsman for Routt County and serves on many local committies and boards supporting our local Seniors.
