The Center Manager for our Housing Center is Jon Wade. Jon is a Partner with Colorado Group Realty. He is happy to answer your questions about housing and real estate as a local friend not a salesman. Steamboat is a friendly place and Jon will do his best to keep it that way.

Jon is lucky to have a charming wife, a 3 yr old boy, 9 month old girl and a yellow lab. He is an avid skier (several types), mtn biker, water-skier, photographer, hockey player, fly-fisherman, hiker, camper and is up for just about any other sport people do in Steamboat Springs and the Yampa Valley.
