CCW Cookbook?

One of the traditional ways that the local and state CowBelle/CattleWomen organizations have raised funds is by putting together a cookbook. It has been years since the Colorado CattleWomen have had a cookbook to sell. The last Colorado CattleWomen Cookbook was the Sunshine in My Kitchen cookbook put together for CCW’s 50th. It was decided that the Colorado CattleWomen would try to put together a cookbook to sell as a fundraiser. Katherine Kipp, the CCW chair of fundraising has sent out a letter to each local, requesting recipes. The response has resulted in only a few recipes. It takes 800 recipes to put together a cookbook and a considerable amount of time. If we are going to have a cookbook ready to sell at the November Mid-Winter convention in order to hit the holiday market, we need to get our recipes to her immediately. If we are unable to accumulate the necessary recipes by April 30, then we will assume that the membership is not interested in participating in this cookbook and not go further on the venture.
Send your recipes to Katherine Kipp, Box 289, Pleasant View, Co. 81331. Please indicate on the envelope that these are recipes.
