Art in Education
Kaleidoscope Art Exploration for Kids programs begin mid-June and run through August. The Steamboat Springs Arts Council, in partnership with Steamboat Springs Parks and Recreation, the Yampa Valley Ceili Society, and Robin Getter School of Rhythms and Dance will be
offering art sessions for children ages 6 – 12.
These summer programs offer an incredible opportunity for children with working parents to develop creatively and be productive during the long summer break. Kaleidoscope art programs focus on performance art and all ranges of fine art, including three-dimensional work, mixed media, painting, drawing and pastels. Kids just love getting messy and tapping into their inner artistic genius!
