Carl Dunham, of the Routt County Regional Building Department, met with the Yampa Valley Construction Trades Association during a regularly scheduled meeting this fall.  Carl explained to keep the service levels acceptable, some increase in permit fees will be necessary.  Those who attended the meeting understood and accepted Carl's explaination.  A letter was sent to the membership in support of the fee increase and no negative response was received from the members.  Carl Dunham took his proposal to the Routt County Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday, December 8th and the BCC voted on the proposal.
