Below is information on the three minute Nationwide Emergency Alert System test taking place next week on November 9 at noon on all radio and TV (including cable and satellite) stations.

The next regularly scheduled Town Board meeting will be Thursday, November 10, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall. The Town Board will convene a special meeting with the Planning Commission on Thursday, November 16th to discuss amending the Land Use Code regarding placement of mobile homes outside of mobile home parks. There will be one regularly schedule Town Board meeting in December, on the 8th at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall.
- Planning Commission will meet in Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall.
- The Municipal Code requires all dogs to be licensed. No more than three animals are allowed per household. A ticket for dog at large with no license will be at a minimum $50.00 so please get your dog license updated!
- Oak Creek has a new hauled water fill station located at the Community Garden. You can come in to Town Hall and fill out an application for an account to be billed monthly for filling up your portable water tanks up to 2700 gallons or pay $0.02 per gallon each fill.
- The Town of Oak Creek is accepting donations of cross country ski equipment for the newly proposed cross country ski train in town. To donate, please call Mayor Nikki Knoebel directly at 846-2083.
- On Line Bill Pay: the Town of Oak Creek now offers on-line bill pay with your credit card. We have updated the website with this link. Log onto http://www.yampavalley.info/centers/government/organizations/town_of_oak_creek and you will be able to log onto Payment Service Network or you can directly log onto PSN at: www.paymentservicenetwork.com In the first time users box enter account number RT17540 and click start. Click on the "register" button towards the bottom of the page. Fill out the form completely and click "save/continue" and follow the prompts. If you need assistance or would like to pay by phone please call PSN at 1-877-885-7968. PLEASE BE AWARE that your payment might not show up for up to three days so if you pay on the 20th your payment may not register for several days afterward and you will incur a penalty. Please pay in plenty of advance time to avoid this!
