The Diabetes Education Newsletter is for anyone who has or is interested in diabetes (type 1, type 2 and gestational diabetes).

To find out about events, get-togethers or discussion group meetings, sign up to receive the Diabetes Education Newsletter by calling 970-871-2352. The newsletter is published 2-3 times per year.

Diabetes Education Program information is also available at the Yampa Valley Medical Center website and in the Happenings section of Steamboat Today.
