Yampa Valley Medical Center is proud to sponsor the annual “Fall into Health” Community Health Fair. The event is held annually in October in the YVMC campus on Central Park Drive.

The health fair offers low-cost blood work, free health screenings, free educational materials, and the opportunity for participants to speak with many local health care providers.
