Leslie Research Library

Located on the second floor of the Museum, in the former railroad agents living area, The Leslie Research Library was dedicated in 2010 to the Leslie Family for their contributions and continuous dedication to the preservation of West Routt County History for over two generations.  The Library has extensive research resources on local and regional history including numerous out of print publications, unpublished manuscripts, genealogy resources, and oral histories.

The Leslie Research Library is open during regular museum hours. The Library contains both new and old ways of research including a searchable computer database for photos, archives etc. as well as an old fashion hands on card catalogue and hard copy indexes. The Museum Curator & staff are happy to assist with on site research during your visit, or  for those of you who cannot make it to the Museum Library you can call the Curator at 276-4380 (or email your request to heritagemuseum@nctelecom.net).  All research help is provided for FREE.  Photocopy charges apply at a rate of .25 per page. Standard postage rates apply as well. Contact the Curator Laurel Watson for more information!
