The Oil and Gas Committee is currently working with the Routt County Board of County Commissioners to protect public health and safety as well as our amenity based economy.  The Community Alliance participated at two public hearings:  On Nov 17 with the Routt County Planning Commission and on Dec 6 with the Routt County Board of Commissioners.  The committee meets regularly to prepare for county meetings and has also been named to the county's Oil and Gas Working Group (link here).  This working group next meets Dec 28th and Jan 4th.  The County's next hearings are not scheduled.
