There are a number of ways to get involved in the fight to protect and preserve the South Valley.

1. Join the Concerned Citizens

2. Make comments on the draft Routt County Zoning Regulations to include language to protect agricultural lands and open spaces from industrial and commercial activities




3. Attend Community meetings that address issues related to mineral extraction, heavy industrial uses and land use in Routt County.




4. Inform the County Commissioners that new gravel pits should not be placed in the open spaces of the South Valley.
