The Concerned Citizens group is working to protect and preserve the designated key open space in the South Valley. Our goal is to enforce the wishes of our local community by requiring that our government officials and decision makers follow the Routt County Zoning Regulations, the Routt County Master Plan, the Steamboat Springs Area Community Plan, and the South Steamboat Area Land Use Plan.
