School Based Mentors will organize and implement a variety of service projects, such as: National Youth Service Day, Make a Difference Day, Ethic of Service Day, Peace Project, and several others. Mentors will design projects that include community members as volunteers, and will have a lasting impact on the community that they serve. In the past Mentors have organized community clean-up/beautification projects, completed park improvement projects, held a senior citizen prom, and several other community-oriented projects.
