Community Plan Update>Adoption Draft

Adoption Draft
It is anticipated that adoption hearings will be held in mid-March with the Steamboat Springs Planning Commission and City Council, and the Routt County Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners. Both Planning Commissions, as well as the City Council and County Commissioners will be holding Worksessions to discuss the Adoption Draft during January and February. Those dates will be posted when they have been established. *The Future Land Map and the Future Land Map/Urban Growth Boundary Map are not uploading correctly. Please contact either the City or County Planning Offices to obtain a copy of these maps. The following dates have been established for review of the adoption draft:
  • Monday, February 2, 2004 - City Planning Commission Worksession, Noon @ Centennial Hall.
  • Thursday, February 5, 2004 - County Planning Commission, 6 PM @ County Annex.
  • Tuesday, February 10, 2004 - City Planning Commission and City Council Worksession, 5 PM @ Centennial Hall.
  • Thursday, February 19, 2004 - County Planning Commission, 6 PM @ County Annex.
  • Monday, March 15, 2004 - City and County Planning Commission, City Council, and County Commissioners Adoption Hearings, 6 PM @ Olympian Hall.
