The Yampa Valley Community Foundation is a non-profit philanthropic organization located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado which provides grants and technical assistance for charitable activities throughout Routt and Moffat Counties. The Foundation seeks to preserve the traditions and heritage of the Yampa Valley and to invest in its future with support for the Arts, Education, the Environment, Health and Human Services, and Recreation.
The Yampa Valley Community Foundation offices are located in the Bear River Center at 701 Yampa Street in the heart of Steamboat Springs. Open 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
