Horizons is a private, not for profit agency which provides services and supports to people with developmental disabilities in five counties in Northwest Colorado. Horizons also provides early intervention services to children from birth to three who have delays in their development. Services provided by Horizons include therapy, supervised living programs, work training programs, building community support for people they serve, and supporting families.
