Emergency Numbers: To send or receive an emergency message at the Steamboat Ski Area, check with the Ski Patol or call the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation .. Emergency Messages: 970-871-5911

Kids' Messages: If you have children in a Kids Vacation Center program or skiing/riding on their own, please check emergency Message boards at top and bottom of all lifts EACH RIDE

Ski Patrol: These trained professionals are here for your benefit. If someone is injured, cross skis or place a snowboard in the snow above the accident and send someone to call the Patorl. The type of injury and location are helpful information. There are emergency phones located at all lifts , on several trails, and at on-mountain restaurants.

Medical Care: If you are fatiqued, short of breath, or have a headache or nausea, you may be feeling the effects of altitude. These symptoms usually disappear after a couple of days, but if they persist, you may want to seek medical help. Yampa Valley Medical Center provides care 24 hours a day, including emergency services, radiology, lab, respriratory therapy, family practice and general surgery.
