Emergency Preparedness Network (EPN) is an instantaneous notification system which eliminates the need for law enforcement to notify residents individually. The system will immediately notify people of pending disasters in their vicinity. The message will tell people what to do about floods, fires, hazardous waste spills and other emergencies.
