Vision Statement
Routt County is a strong, healthy, collaborative community which respects, encourages, and supports the well being of its young children and families. Young children are provided adequate resources and programs for a favorable start, a fair start, a healthy start, a right start, and a safe start. The family functions in a web of support where children experience dignity and a sense of belonging.

Mission Statement
Recognizing the social and economic challenges that face our families, First Impressions of Routt County works to ensure that young children will be provided adequate resources and programs for a favorable start, a fair start, a healthy start, a right start and a safe start. The First Impressions Board will facilitate the functioning of our community’s collaborative web of support where children experience dignity and a sense of belonging.
