Room Rental Rates
The Community Room in the Utterback Annex at the Tread of Pioneers Museum is available for rent during regular office and museum hours (M-F, 9-5:30pm; Sat., 11-5pm). A written rental agreement is required for all users of the Museum’s meeting room and kitchen. Cancellations require a minimum of 72 hours notice to avoid loss of deposit. Reciprocal agreements regarding the loan of space and equipment will be at the discretion of the Executive Director.

Optional SECURITY DEPOSIT for meetings including food and drink = $50.00 (Refundable)
FACILITY RENTAL PRICES
Members/Non-profits: $10.00/hour
Non-members: $20.00/hour
KITCHEN available with meeting room (catering only/no cooking or food prep)
