Brief Biography:
Born in Sydney, Australia, Despas-St. Pierre first began skiing in Eastern Canada, where her family moved temporarily. Upon their return to Australia, she continued her skiing at Thredbo, New South Wales.

While continuing her skiing in Australia, Despas-St. Pierre also earned a degree in Physical Education. Despas-St. Pierre competed in over 100 F.I.S. World Cup events and was an Australian National Team member for 10 years while holding the Australian National Title for 7 years. Despas-St. Pierre was a member of the Steamboat Winter Sports Club for several years, which greatly propelled her international career.

Her best international result was winning a silver medal at the 2001 World Championships held in Blackcomb, Whistler, B.C., Canada. This marked the first time for an Australian mogul skier to win a medal at World Championships.

Despas-St. Pierre continues to spend time in Steamboat raising a family with her husband Don St. Pierre, U.S. Mogul Coach.
