The eight new homes in the Sagewood Subdivision of Hayden have received the final occupancy approvals. The families are busy moved in and enjoying life.

On Friday, June 2, the Yampa Valley Housing Authority, with the USDA-Rural Development, held a ribbon cutting ceremony. In attendance were YVHA and USDA-RD officials, many of the families and their relatives, state and local officials, contractors who helped on the project and several volunteers who worked on the homes.

Congratulations to all the families on their hard work and commitment to the successful completion of the project!

In Oak Creek, the six families have worked hard to complete this project and did a beautiful job! The ribbon cutting was held on January 17th in Oak Creek. Thanks to everyone who had a hand in completing this project.br
