- Youth Area to accommodate current and future Recreation Programs
- Teen Center(**to include but not limited to, activity room, lounge, computers)
- Meeting Room
- Fitness Center(**both adult and youth equipment will be available)
- Indoor Playground
- Drop-in Childcare (“Childwatch”)
- Double Gymnasium with elevated track (** MAC or Multi-Activity Gym)
- Indoor Aquatics with 6-lane lap pool & diving well, warm leisure pool
- Locker Rooms/Family Locker Rooms
- Party Room/Wet Classroom
- Outdoor Artificial Turf Field as well as a Grass Field
- Associated Support Spaces and Offices
- Site Development for the approximately 67,235 square foot building
