Diabetes Education Newsletter

The Diabetes Education Newsletter is for anyone who has or is interested in diabetes (type 1, type 2 and gestational diabetes).

To find out about events, get-togethers or discussion group meetings, sign up to receive the Diabetes Education Newsletter by calling 970-871-2352. The newsletter is published 2-3 times per year.

Quit Smoking Support

The Quitline is a telephone program that can help you quit smoking or quit using other tobacco products such as cigars or chewing tobacco. It is a toll-free service that connects you with trained counselors who can guide and support you through the quitting process. The Quitline is funded by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.
