The 2010 Annual meeting was held on October 30, 2010 at the Steamboat Springs Community Center at 3pm. In attendance from the RCCD Board were: Karin Utterback-Normann, Lou DeQuine, Heather Stirling as well as District Manager Jackie Brown and Lori Jazwick with NRCS. Guests were: Sarah and Todd Hagenbuch, Larry Monger, Bill Gay, Mike Hogue, Wayne Shoemaker, Ron Normann, and Steve Ivancie.

The RCCD had the annual meeting at the Fall Gathering that was cohosted by the CattleWomen, Cattlemen, Farmer's Union, Farm Bureau and the RCCD. The meeting was held November  at 4:30pm. All Board members were present.  Discussion covered the following topics:
