Routt County 4-H is governed by the the youth involved in the Routt County 4-H Council. They meet bi-monthly to make decisions, and provided assistance in 4-H activities. The council is gorverned by two votes from each community club, and an officer team. The Routt County 4-H Council Officer Team is made up of premier youth that are leaders in the community and the state. Annually host dances, the Bobby Robinson Sr. Memorial BBQ at the Routt County Fair, an annual 4-H Achievement Day, and teach leadership skill within the county and state.
