The Rocky Mountain Karate Academy is a traditional karate school teaching
Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate to student’s ages 6 years and up. The youth and
teen programs are designed around a positive reward curriculum emphasizing;
self discipline, respect for others, physical fitness challenges, improving
coordination, building confidence at any age and community/family goals.

Self Defense is a by-product of conditioning, repetition and mental
awareness. Karate provides an opportunity to develop the physical and mental
skills to handle life on a more confident level. Classes combine beginner
and advanced students, allowing new students to see what they can become and
giving advanced students a chance to develop the teacher that is inside all
of us.

Our new location is 440 S Lincoln Ave. between Remax and the Sinclair
station. Monday, Wednesday and Friday kids 6-8 yrs. 3:45 to 4:30, 9-12 yrs.
4:30 to 5:30, teens and adults 6pm to 7:30. All are welcome to observe
classes.
