When I was a small child I would always play on these elementary swings. I would pump my feet to get as high as I could. If I was feeling adventurous that day I would practice jumping off the quickly moving swing. I have aged many years from those days, but I still frequent those swings. Some cool summer nights I go down to those swings and just talk with friends, reminiscing about the past. We always think about how much time has gone by since we were little. The memories seem to flow out when we are swinging. I don’t do any fancy tricks anymore, but I still enjoy the swings as much as I did when I was small.
